To integrate your handheld scanner with your POS, you’ll need to connect your handheld with the same database as your POS. To do so, follow the mentioned steps in your handheld device:
- Step 1: Go to handheld settings
- Step 2: Then go to connections
- Step 3: Connect with your database IP address and click on ‘Keep’
- Step 4: Once validated, you have to login with the user id and password
